Dwellet does not hold your funds; settlement and payouts are handled by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes on your transactions.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple, and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices and plan details are shown at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or using it to send unlawful or fraudulent charges.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cleaning guidance, including fabric-tag scan results, is provided for convenience only and is not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for how you use the Service in your business.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
